This four-part series is for anyone who wants to move smarter, teach with more clarity, and build sustainable strength and mobility. Each workshop explores a key area of the body, blending practical education with real-life movement and yoga applications.

Open to all levels—no anatomy or yoga experience required.

Sun 12pm - 2pm: The Spine: Anatomy for a Strong, Supported Back
Sun 3pm - 5pm: Neck & Shoulders: Create Strength Without Tension
