Hands-On Assists
You can hire an in-class private assistant. An assist in every pose in the Journey into Power sequence allows you to better understand and feel the teacher's alignment cues. Think of your assistant as an additional "prop" there to help you take the poses deeper and to your fullest expression, perhaps poses that you have avoided taking to your edge. You will connect with your body in ways you never knew possible, opening full access to vitality, power, and freedom.
