Ready to flip your script? In this two-hour workshop with Tom we’ll break down handstands and other inversions with smart progressions, playful drills, and coachable tips you can use in regular class. Come to have fun, try something new, and surprise yourself—upside down.

  • Shoulder/core activation that actually helps

  • Simple drills to build consistency at home or in class
