where i’m from
I’m from New England roots and Midwestern transplanting. From a loving family, an older sister, and a wife and a special-needs daughter who inspire me daily. I’m from shy to confident, from competing with others to competing with myself, from pain to presence, push-ups to handstands, and small towns to big cities and back again. Yes, I teach yoga. No, I still can’t really touch my toes.

His sequences are typically well-rounded, while designed around a peak posture, with the journey structured for growth and learning. Each progression remains consistent for several weeks, giving students time to explore and master before moving on to something new, always grounded in effort over outcome. Whether you’re pushing to your edge or choosing savasana for the hour, your presence is always enough.
