I hope my students leave my classes feeling light and joyful.

where i’m from

I grew up in Oak Park, Il, a suburb of Chicago. I was raised in a family that encouraged experiences, curiosity, music, and using your skills and resources and time to uplift those around you. I continued my learning here in Minnesota at St. Olaf college and grew connections and roots here in Minnesota so have stayed to enjoy the values of community, service, and nature that are so prevalent here.

I completed my first 200hr yoga teacher training in 2015 with a focus on power vinyasa style yoga and have since completed trainings in hot, yin, and sculpt style yoga.
