where i’m from

I am from a loud home in a St. Paul suburb. I am from a strong family of artists and adventurers. A dad who encouraged creativity and nurtured a sense of humor. A mom who built my love for the outdoors with summer road trips to national parks in a pop up camper. Two brothers who supplied my childhood with a myriad of Super Nintendo soundtracks. I grew up playing dress up with Barbie at home, and all kinds of characters on the stage.

I graduated from Up's Empowerment Program in 2024 and teach yoga at Vertical Endeavors, where I also rock climb and rock fall.
