Core Values

Authenticity. Connection. Curiosity.

I hope to leave my students with

more connected to their inner wisdom and confident in their ability to practice yoga off the mat.

where i’m from

I'm from the heat of high summer when tomatoes are sweetest and the Midwestern sun nearly outruns the night sky. I'm from a small town that couldn't contain my appreciation of diverse people and cultures. I'm from chapters of life in Hawaii, Spain, Oregon, Washington, and Minnesota, where my soul ripened and grew fruit from the vine, even after deep seasons of wintering. I'm from a chosen family of women who run with the wolves, raising one another from a place of reciprocity.

Yoga has helped me find community and connection everywhere I've lived. It initiated a journey back home to myself. It showed me that meaning is about what we chose to stay present for.

I'm certified in various formats, with thousands of hours teaching Power Vinyasa yoga since 2013. I've coached nearly a dozen teacher training programs, and facilitated various yoga workshops and pop-ups.

I lead from the mindset that "yoga is not a work-out, it's a work-in."

what to expect in class

My teaching style is rooted in power vinyasa yoga, and my bread-and-butter is creating dynamic sequences set against rhythmic playlists. My goal is to create an opportunity for you to get lost in your moving meditation and explore the fertile void. Expect technical transitions, thoughtful themes, and hands-on assists (with your consent, of course!).
