Slow Flow & Poetry Night - A Donation Workshop

Breathe, Move & Be Moved is a gentle, grounding evening that brings together mindful movement, poetry, and community connection.

We’ll begin with slow, accessible movement led by Ellie Roscher to help you settle into your body, soften your breath, and open space in the heart. From there, we’ll gather in conversation and guided reflection around poetry from immigrant and multicultural voices published by Graywolf Press—offering time to listen, reflect, and connect through shared words and experience.

This workshop is designed to be welcoming and easeful. No prior yoga or literature experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

Wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and chocolate will be provided, and time is intentionally built in to linger, connect, and enjoy the evening together.

All proceeds from this workshop will be donated to Graywolf Press, a local literary nonprofit that relies on community support to publish ambitious literature and amplify immigrant and marginalized voices.

Come as you are. Move gently. Listen deeply. Leave feeling grounded, connected, and nourished.
