Before yoga was systemized into the forms we recognize today, its roots lived within many traditions—passed down through embodied experience, nature, and inner knowing rather than formal lineage.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the often-hidden wisdom of the 64 Yogini tradition alongside other feminine-inspired yogic practices. This ancient expression of yoga is a guruless lineage, rooted in direct relationship—to the body, to the natural world, and to one’s own inner wisdom.

Together, we’ll reflect, move, and inquire into questions such as:
• How does the energy of the Divine Feminine show up in my practice and in my life?
• Where do I feel resistance, contraction, or hesitation around this energy?
• How can I cultivate simple, conscious rituals that help me connect with this sacred Mother energy—this sacred Ma?

This workshop invites curiosity over certainty, experience over explanation. It’s a space to listen deeply, soften control, and reconnect with an intuitive, cyclical way of practicing—one that honors wisdom already within you.
