book club sangha

Beyond the mat. Into life.

Good books, big questions, and a community to explore them with. Join Kat and Ericka for a monthly book club that brings our yoga practice into everyday life. Sangha means community, and we’re making space to connect, share perspectives, and have the kinds of conversations that stay with you after you head home.

Each quarter, we’ll explore a new theme through a mix of personal growth books, yoga philosophy, and fiction. Together, we’ll get curious about our habits, our relationships, and what it means to live with intention. No yoga philosophy or book club experience needed. Bring your curiosity and a willingness to hear something new.
