Bandhas & Mudras Workshop

Bandhas are physical “locks” in the body that help guide energy—upward, downward, and inward—throughout our practice. In this workshop, we’ll slow things down and feel into the four main bandhas, exploring what they are, why they matter, and how to engage them with clarity and ease.

We’ll break down each bandha individually, then look at how they work together to create stability, lightness, and support in movement and stillness. We’ll also explore subtle engagement practices specific to feminine anatomy, offering a more nuanced and compassionate approach to internal awareness.

From there, we’ll turn toward the art of Mudra. Mudra is a quieter, more refined way of directing energy. By holding the hands in specific shapes, we can influence where awareness flows in the body and mind. Mudras can beautifully enhance meditation, pranayama, and asana—adding intention, focus, and depth to your practice.

This workshop is for curious students and teachers alike—anyone wanting to better understand the subtle body, move with more intention, and connect more deeply to their inner strength. Come explore, ask questions, and experience how small, intentional actions can create powerful shifts.
