10 Days. 10 Minutes. $10 (or more). Support Yourself AND our Minneapolis Community

Join us starting February 10 at 8:30am for a 10-day journey inward, guided by Emma. Each morning, you’ll be invited into a 10-minute live meditation—a simple, steady way to ground your nervous system, breathe with intention, and begin your day in community.

This is a donation-based, online meditation offering, open to people everywhere. All donations will directly support families in Minneapolis Public Schools who need help with rent, food, and essential supplies. Wherever you live, your breath becomes a quiet way to stand with Minneapolis—with care, presence, and tangible support.

Here’s how it works:

  • Live meditation daily at 8:30am CST, Feb 10 - 19

  • Recordings sent after if you can’t attend live

  • Min $10 donation for the entire challenge

  • Optional in-studio offerings if you’re local

Whether you’re new to meditation or returning to a practice you’ve missed, this is an invitation to pause, breathe, and practice compassion—within yourself and outward into the world.
