WE HAVE A CLASS THAT’S JUST RIGHT FOR YOU

In our Power Classes we utilize breath, heat, focus, stability, and mindful movement to encourage vulnerability, peace, and connection. We balance our heated power practice with a slower, easeful flow (Ease Up) and a quiet, restorative practice (YIN). Each class is available to all levels as poses can be modified to scale your practice Up or down depending on your desired level of intensity.

Power Up

Wake Up to your body’s fullest potential with a full body and mind experience. This class is our signature class! You will move your spine in all 6 directions, gain strength, balance and flexibility, open your hips and shoulders and go upside down if you choose. Class moves breath to movement so expect to sweat! All poses can be adapted. While the sequence remains the same, each vinyasa class comes uniquely served based on the instructor and others attending the class.

power flow

This fast-paced heated vinyasa practice is a moving meditation. The poses will flow together linking breath to movement with dynamic and challenging sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina, and lengthen and tone the body. You’ll get out of your comfort zone, try new things and rest when needed. Remember, you can always modify all poses.

up beats

Turn the music Up and flow in community. Class will be a power vinyasa flow either based on our Power Up sequence or it could be more of a Power Flow - either way you’ll move, breathe, strengthen, sweat and jam to the tunes of the day. Expect to sweat and maybe even sing and dance.

ease up

Sometimes we all need to take it easy on and off our mat. This class will flow slower than our power classes while still connecting breath, mind and body. The lights are dim, candles are lit and often there is soft music playing. You’ll create some heat through movement to allow a softening for the longer holds at the end of class. Meditation and Yoga Nidra offered in this class.

yin

We all deserve to slow down and take care of ourselves. This class is the yin to our yang. It is the perfect way to close your day with self-care. Enjoy a warm room, meditation, and long-held resting postures, heavily supported with props, in order to encourage muscle relaxation, long term flexibility and peace of mind.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class – We start on time and end on time. There are free parking spots on the north side of the building and ample street parking on Nicollet Ave.

when to arrive

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. We lock the door as soon as class starts!

It’s hot in here..

The studio is heated between 85 – 95 degrees. You can expect to sweat!

bring water!

Drink water before and after class. Coconut water and bananas are great sources of electrolytes to rehydrate!

what you’ll need

A yoga mat, towel, water and possibly props. Don’t have anything with you? No problem, we have it all for you.
