WE HAVE A CLASS THAT’S JUST RIGHT FOR YOU
In our Power Classes we utilize breath, heat, focus, stability, and mindful movement to encourage vulnerability, peace, and connection. We balance our heated power practice with a slower, easeful flow (Ease Up) and a quiet, restorative practice (YIN). Each class is available to all levels as poses can be modified to scale your practice Up or down depending on your desired level of intensity.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class – We start on time and end on time. There are free parking spots on the north side of the building and ample street parking on Nicollet Ave.

when to arrive
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. We lock the door as soon as class starts!
It’s hot in here..
The studio is heated between 85 – 95 degrees. You can expect to sweat!
bring water!
Drink water before and after class. Coconut water and bananas are great sources of electrolytes to rehydrate!
what you’ll need
A yoga mat, towel, water and possibly props. Don’t have anything with you? No problem, we have it all for you.
