Join us for a four-week journey exploring the transformative practices of Yoga Nidra and Sankalpa, the yogic practice of uncovering and embodying your heart's deepest intention. Each one-hour session begins with 30 minutes of gentle movement, breathwork, and guided self-inquiry to help quiet the mind and discover the intention already living within you. We'll then transition into a deeply restorative 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice, where your Sankalpa is gently planted into the fertile ground of deep relaxation and subconscious awareness.
Over four weeks, you'll cultivate a meaningful personal Sankalpa, experience profound rest, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you. Each class can be experienced on its own, but those who join the full journey will have the opportunity to deepen their practice and integrate their Sankalpa over the course of the series.
