This 90-minute workshop blends restorative yoga, hands-on assists, aromatherapy, and massage to help you reconnect, release long-held tension, lower stress, and restore your energy.
Guided by Meghan Foley and Ellie Roscher, you'll also be introduced to foundational principles of Ayurveda—the ancient "science of life"—to support balance and harmony both on and off the mat.
