Escape to the Pacific coast of Mexico for a week of sunshine, movement, and connection.
This fall we’ll gather at Mixto Villa, a stunning beachfront retreat just outside Puerto Vallarta where the jungle meets the ocean. Together we’ll spend the week practicing yoga, meditating, sharing meals, and enjoying the natural beauty of the coastline.
Your days will begin with morning yoga and meditation overlooking the water, followed by plenty of time to explore, relax, and soak in the rhythm of the ocean. Swim, kayak, paddleboard, lounge by the pool, read in the shade, or simply wander the beach before gathering again for evening practices and chef-prepared dinners.
Mixto Villa offers a peaceful setting for both adventure and rest—creating the perfect environment to reconnect with your body, your breath, and a community of Uplifted souls.

What’s Included:
7 nights at Mixto Villa on Mexico’s Pacific coast. You’ll enjoy chef-prepared meals, practice yoga, meditate, and soak in the beauty of the ocean each day with a group of incredible and Uplifted souls. We’ll mix Up daily yoga practices, meditation, workshops, and slower evening practices designed to help you unwind and settle in. There will be plenty of time throughout the week for adventure or rest—whether that means swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, exploring nearby waterfall hikes and jungle trails, or simply relaxing by the pool and soaking in the ocean breeze. Transportation from airport to resort is included.

Our group will stay at a beautiful private villa property overlooking the Pacific coast near Puerto Vallarta. The retreat center is designed for small groups and features a collection of comfortable rooms spread across the property, along with shared terraces, lounge areas, and a pool for relaxing between practices and adventures.
The property includes two primary room styles: Beachfront Villas and Beachfront Penthouse Suites. All accommodations include air conditioning and comfortable bedding. Rooms are designed to be shared with two to four guests, with one private rooms available.
