A heated, fast-paced vinyasa class that links breath to movement with creative sequencing and dynamic transitions. Modify poses as needed and challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone—this is where growth happens.

In a warm room with dim lighting, you'll engage in meditation and long-held resting postures, supported by props to encourage deep muscle relaxation, long-term flexibility, and enhanced circulation. By fostering peace of mind and relieving fascial tension, this practice helps you cultivate stillness and reconnect with yourself.

Sometimes, we all need to slow down—on and off the mat. This slower vinyasa practice offers smooth transitions, deep breath, and plenty of space to feel, explore, and ground. You'll move with intention, build heat gently, and soften into longer-held postures with dim lighting, candlelight, and calming music.
Ideal for when you’re craving a slower pace and deeper connection. Meditation and Yoga Nidra are sometimes included to help you unwind fully and prepare for a restful night.
