What’s Included:
You’ll eat three balanced and healthy meals, practice yoga, meditate and enjoy Costa Rica every day with a group of incredible and Uplifted souls. We will mix Up workshops, bonfires and evening restorative yoga. We will plan two group adventures like a visit with indigenous people with a lesson on cacao plant + a waterfall hike and a natural park/beach walk or snorkling. Time at the beach - only a 5 min walk from your room.

Group transporatation from San Jose Airport is included (leave San Jose around 2:30pm on 4/20 and be back by 11am on 4/27). If you need you own shuttle they run around $165 USD each way.
