Up Yoga Empowerment Program

200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Training

At Up Yoga's Empowerment Program, you will set foot on a new life path with a greater sense of self & purpose - whether you intend to teach yoga or not. This training is about discovering your most authentic voice, so you can make intentional life choices with greater clarity and resilience. You will simultaneously earn your 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certificate (200 RYT) if you wish to be a yoga teacher at any point on your journey. This program will give you the education, mindful tools, hands-on experience, and confidence needed to live a dynamic life. The program is inspired by the methodology of Baron Baptiste - the teacher that has trained many of our UpLifters. It's about discovering the profound innate power you already possess, so you can inhabit your life, mind, body, and relationships in a whole new way. We invite you to get vulnerable with us, and witness first hand the impact that our Empowerment Program can have on you as an individual, a future yoga teacher, and a pivotal member of the community.
